Sport and good deeds have the power to bring people together, uniting them for a common purpose. The 4th edition of the Tenis pentru Fapte Bune tournament was a manifestation of that power. Together we turned passion for sport into real support for young people who, at the age of 18, leave placement centres and face the challenges of adult life on their own.

Together with Eurosport Romania, Warner Bros. Discovery and through the generosity of our many partners and players, we turned the energy and enthusiasm for tennis into a force for good.

Through their involvement and support, we reached a new record: 65,000 euros raised in donations and sponsorships. In 2023, the funds helped us expand the positive impact of The Social Incubator Association and to support more young people in situations of risk, especially those in the child protection system, so they can continue their studies and integrate into society and the labour market, avoiding the risks associated with human trafficking or other unfavourable circumstances.

The courts at Pescariu Sports & Spa, our constant partners since 2019, turned into the arena of good deeds, which brought together over 3 days of tournament full of energy and enthusiasm: 111 singles and doubles matches with spectacular moments

The competition was played on the court. The victory continues in the lives of the young people growing up in Romania's child protection system. Every year, over 3,500 children in the protection system turn 18 and must start life on their own. Only 1 in 40 young people finds legal employment, and Romania holds a sad record when it comes to human trafficking. That is why your support and the continuation of our actions are essential. Together with you, the champions of good deeds, we can generate the resources needed to give these young people a chance at a better life and a more dignified Romania.

For over 10 years, The Social Incubator Association has supported young people who, at 18, leave placement centres, helping them navigate the challenges of adult life. Without adequate support, these young people are exposed to the risks of human trafficking, drug use and trafficking, lack of stable shelter and social discrimination.

Since 2014, The Social Incubator Association has offered these young people, tried by fate, the resources they need to turn challenges into opportunities. Through the generosity of supporters, the commitment of our team, the devotion of volunteers and the involvement of the community, thousands of young people have received support to continue their education and build a secure future.
