Social entrepreneurship is a phenomenon that can bring the business world closer to people, and social entrepreneurs are visionaries who do things differently. And because the first step for these entrepreneurs to bring change lies precisely in financial stability, The Social Incubator Association and the Social Finance Association & AFIN organize a charity tennis tournament dedicated to involving institutions from the financial-banking sector in supporting the sector with social impact.

The mission of The Social Incubator Association is to identify and implement innovative social solutions and to bring positive and sustainable change to society by offering concrete chances at an independent and dignified life to people in at-risk situations in Romania.

The organization's main purpose is to support young people in at-risk and vulnerable situations to make the transition (otherwise very difficult and riddled with risks) to adult life in a way that showcases their abilities and ensures their independence.

In our activity, we have developed social entrepreneurship initiatives and acted as a social incubator, by actively supporting the efforts of social entrepreneurs to develop projects and programmes with real and sustainable impact.

The Social Finance Association / Asociația pentru Finanțare Socială by AFIN IFN S.A. was born with the aim of complementing AFIN's financial pillar with specialized assistance and know-how in the field of social financing.
